Italian Smalti by the famous Dona of Spilimbergo. They are made using the original recipe from Murano in Italy, which has been passed down from generation to generation. They are an artisanal handmade hand cut product used to create undulating handmade glass tesserae. When using the indirect method may be left ungrouted. UVA and frost resistant; cut using wheeled nippers. Please note that batch colour and dye lots may vary. If you have a specific project and need a particular colour then it is recommended that you buy all the smalti from a single batch. The colour variation is a consequence of the artisanal process.
